'89 300E window off track
 

Aloha -
I have an '89 300E and the rear Right window has come off the track and fallen inside the door. Can somebody tell me how to take the inside panel off so that I can put the glass back on the track. Thanks!!

Try the search function for door panel. I found detailed instuction for pulling the rear panel off my 87td.

The tricky part for me was getting the door latch handle off, the whole assembly(black plastic) slides forward after you pop the rod off, then that piece comes out and the panel will lift up and off. Don't try to lift the panel before you remove that black plastic.

Lifting it from the back seems to make it easier to get the top, by the window to come loose.
