Need Vacum Help
 

My 380SE runs bad. Since I have bought it, it has idled bad. Well I have been working on vacum problems. The dealer that did the chains should be shot. I have placed all lines to there original positions. But I have one that is awful to get to. It comes off of the thermo switch and goes under the air plenium. Do I have to remove the plenium and what gasgets do I need. It now idles around 1300- 1500 without a/c 1000 with a/c. I'm sure it is a vacum problem. Looks to me that this one would cause alot of trouble. Hard to start hot or cold. Thanks.
