MB offers a compliation of scans of hardcopy manuals on CD. There used to be a PartsShop link at the top of the this page but I just noticed that it's gone. See if Phil still offers them. You should be able to find a set of hardcopy manuals from any automotive literature seller or eBay.

You can do basic service with the information in the Haynes manual for MB V8 models.

You can also get the hard copy service manual from MB for about $35. You have to ask for the 108/109/111/113 service manual.
