Need an electric fuel pump diagram
 

Anyone have an exploded view of the pump from a '69 280se? Part number is 0442201002. I'm not sure if I am missing an o-ring.

those bushes look so beautifully made!
would anyone have a photo collection like that handy for mechanical injection pump would they? i'd love to see what goes on inside of there.

That site is 113 chassis specific, but they share the same MFI systems as the 108 MFI chassis..........

these pumps are truly remarkable things, i'm always trying to extol to my friends (read, crap on;)) about how they somehow manage, when driving, to combine the rawness/response of a caburettor with the smooth power of fuel injection.
compared with other cars i've driven (mostly japanese and australian admittedly) they certainly have a particular feel that is hard to describe.
i'd love to drive an old porsche with a similar system.

What is amazing is they are also very robust.
90% of the ones that get sent in for service need nothing more than a good cleaning and adjustment .. Most MFI problems are outside the pump, but the pump gets the blame...fuel feed to the pump is the most common problem.
Great piece of engineering.
