For what these things sell for today would not $4400 be good for one of these as a parts car?

Since the seller wants email contact before bidding I sent one right away, but no response in two days.

Well there appears there was no car at all. If truly a hoax of one sort or another I expect the hoaxter took quite a risk as the car is individually identifiable even perhaps by a site member.
This is yet another reason also why ebay can be so dangerous. What if someone jumped on it and the untraceable vendor had engineered some kind of untraceable pay address. I think W.C.Fields said it best even if not directly credited to him. .

But this appears to be woman selling her husband's car. My guess is divorce and scalping the car for peanuts is probly part of her agenda. Am thinking of calling her myself and then showing up at her house. Here's the phone number if y'all wanna check her out: (937) 660 5847.

Either it was a scam, or she just realized that the car is worth much, much more than she had it listed and this is her "out". I got to go with option one.

running and body condition, no flaws on it or any other mechanical
problems. It has a clear title and it will be signed and notorized on
your name as soon as the payment will be completed. This was my
husband's car who passed away 4 months ago and it only brings me bad
memories. I want this transaction to be smooth as I am caught in the
middle of some very important events and I don't have much time at my
disposal. The car is in perfect condition, no scratches, no special
marks, no need for additional repairs what so ever, no leaks.
The price is $4,400 with shipping included anywhere in the continental
