Thumbs up M110, valve clearance and valve cover torque?

I am going to try to drive my 280S today, but before plan to adjust the valves and install a new gasket...

Anyone know off hand what the clearances are as well as the torque for the M110?

Thanks

intake .004 in. cold, .006 warm, exhaust .010 cold, .012 warm, according to haynes.

Torque output? About 160 us and about 175 euro, but I could not find it in the book.

If you're looking for the valve cover torque specs, I believe it's 10-15 nm.
