Thought i'd throw this up after a fresh cleaning yesterday. Have had it for about 6 months now. 1 previous local owner, has had a respray at some point in its life.

76 300D 72,000 miles In really good shape, just in dire need of a rear window seal replacement.

It does run great, was purchased here locally and I have documentation of every fill up and maintenance item from 1976. There was a few years lapse in from 2006-2008 from which I assumed he was unable to drive. Purchased it from his estate sale. Put some new tires on it, did fluid changes and have been driving it since with no issues (other than the stated need from new window seals front and back).

115Tulsa...

If this is your first Mercedes you need to visit the part of this site called 'good shops' or something like that. Two of the best places in T-town for a car this age would be Benzin and Ralph Busby.

And if your steering gets loose replace the three bolts holding the steering box to the frame. This is a problem on higher mileage 115's, but it looks like you still have about 100,000 miles to go before you will need this repair.

115's that still look that good give me hope for humanity. After a long day with the Bondo Battle on my 250 this cheered me up a little. Thank you sir. Also, I'm totally jivin' with the color! Yes, "To Jive" is a verb.
