My 250S

Hi!,
I've got a 1967 250S mercedes with the in-line 6 cyl.,and the(2)one bbl carbs, and I'm wondering just how many years, say, ('67 to'77)for instance, will still fit into this fine automobile.
I've searched the I/N, but to no avail.
Heh, mine has this huge hole in the lower passenger side, right above the pan.
