'67 230 and 190

I saw one of each for sale the other day and I really like that old fintail look. The 190 was a diesel and had 400k but had a rebuilt engine about 80k ago. Tranny(4spd)and rear diff. were also new. They were wanting $2500 car looks great. The 230 was not running but had a rebuilt engine with it. It was down on the ground I dont know if it was the shocks or what but the rear bumper was touching the ground. The guy wanted $1500 or offer. I really like the 190 and did not know anything about this car. What are the HP stats and top speed for this car? Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with these cool looking cars from the past?
