Passenger power window gear slippage sound. Goes down but not back up again.

Hi. My passenger front window makes a gear slipping noise when I try to roll it up. Any specific parts or info would help out if anyone knows how or what needs replacement. The motor is powerful still.

When you take off the door panel you will most likely see a plastic gizmo that aligns the mechanism broken or worn teeth on the motor drive. The gizmo can be replaced but you will need to drill out the old one and rivet in a new one
