1975 w116 280S fuel filter location

Hello all, can anyone tell me where the fuel filter is on my 280S? Also I would like to replace upper control arm bushings and I am a little confused..I see kits that come with both control arms and 4 outer control arm bushings..Do I need 2 outer and 2 inner or 4 outer? Dont want to seem stupid but that kit confuses me..also on Ebay I see people selling outer bushings saying that 4 are required..My car is carbureted btw im sure it will affect location of fuel filter
