Although increasing the modulator pressure (CW), and hence the working pressure, will have the effect of raising the shift points somewhat, the primary effect of raising the pressure will be to increase the harshness of the shifts.
The earlier, two turn adjustment of the control pressure rod was a rather small change. For the sake of understanding the effect of zero control pressure, disconnect the rod at the ball end, and push it all the way back.
Take a drive. The shift points should be very low.
