300SEL 6.3 Spark Plugs

I am doing a major service on a 69 6.3 and I cannot find any information in the shop manual, general info. book, or owners manual regarding proper spark plugs and gap for this car. Any ideas?

In Washington State where we have plentiful NO-E 92 octane fuel (if this helps)
