Fuel tank hose for W115 300D...where to find?

I attempted to replace a dripping fuel hose that connects the lower of the two fuel tank barbs to the chassis hard lines, but nothing I had in the garage fits quite right.

It almost seems to be a mini cigar type hose, about 2.5" long and markedly larger in diameter on the tank end as opposed to the chassis end.
Can anyone please help with a part # or source? I browsed the site but found no match.
