Crankcase Breather Filter

Hi all, id like to put a crankcase breather filter. Reason being i feel as though the smoke or whatever gets built up, is probably choking the carbies.. what is the dimension of the filter i should be getting?

Circled in green, might also just block off the pipe aswell (smaller green circle)
