Do NOT get the bright idea to flush with solvent. Remember, the pump has metal to metal parts that move at high speed. A solvent will destroy the pump. Use p/s fluid only for the flush.

Whew....I lucked out. Although solvent does sound like a good idea I didn't think of it at the time or I surely would've done it and RUINED my pump.
