nope....I keep a few friends in the Military to utilise the APO when possible...but thats not an option for most. If it family how far are they from the airport and would the airline allow for a shipment delivered to them in the USA and picked up by you in Europe? No idea if this is possible but I know you can do it with Greyhound that way.
