Hello,

1996 s500 engine 119.980.

When I start the engine it runs OK for approximately 30 sec then it seems to be running on 4 cylinder for 5 secs. After that it goes back to all 8 for 30 sec and then 4 cyl for 5 sec and so on . No matter if the engine is hot or cold. I dont want to drive the car when its like this.

Before I tow it away to the dealer-

Could there be an easy fix for this?
