The OVP test is the "Tappity-Tap Test.".
This is done with a light tapping from a screwwdriver handle when the No Start condition exist... However , this tapping does have to be done to a specific rhythm /meter..

....with a kinda Blues feel.
If it starts , change the OVP, but use the newer modified part #.. The old has been superceded and was a common No Start problem on that chassis.. The original OVP was 000-540-52-45.
