I installed the cutoff in the injection pump with gaskets in place and no bolts put a wedge of wood between the oil filter housing and the back if the vac unit keeping it in place, hooked the nipple straight to the brake booster line and used a pair of forcepts to pinch line and started engine, engine did not run away thank goodness, and then I removed the forcepts and she stopped very fast and I then installed the bolts .
