I don't think the suit would be because something was broken.
It would probably be someone claiming that your info caused them to hurt themselves somehow.
Even if it was their own fault,
you can never underestimate the stupidity of a jury nowadays.
Ever see those stories about people who terrorize their neighborhood,
with constant trivial lawsuits over the most stupid things?
Even if they don't win many of them,
it's still a lot of aggravation and expense for the defendants.
