When I RR my head on the ole 250 I read somewhere that I should use a non flanged reamer to clean the threads all the way down. Otherwise I imagine a bunch of crud could get compacted down to the bottom. I also used all new bolts. However elsewhere I did break off some bolts and it's a total pain to deal with.
