My folks showed me their pics from the holy land. Isreali side, nice and clean. Palestinian side, a mess. Day and night difference from what I can see between literally crossing the border. They are back there again and I'll ask for pics to see if they have changed or not.
They do. However the holes tend to have porcelain around them. Different styles of toilets. They squat, we sit.
