Haynes makes good manuals a bit generalized but thats fine for most DIY jobs.
I would be concerned that manuals written for the UK might not cover the differences in something like steering box and clutch on the right side to adjust . ." and things like emissions controls will be different O/W there's a lot that should be common the the cars regardless of which side of the pond they were made for.

If you were tearing into the engine the FSM would be recommended.
