Next time you do your trans service, if you haven't changed the K1 or don't know if it's been changed or not(the upgrades have black plastic pieces not white) change this $12 part. It's laughably easy, I got the complete instructions from MBZ.org before the page went down. Will scan to PDF if anyone so desires. No flare in the 2-3 and crisper upshifts means less wear to a 20 year-old tranny.
