That wiggly line can be problematic. I recently found tons of oil around the bottom of my engine. I was freaked out that I had blown a turbo line or something, but turns out, that drain tube had just come loose from the bottom, and was wiggling freely, allowing oil to jump out of the pan.

If you follow the line up from the bottom, you'll see that it has a bracket welded to it, which bolts to the bottom of the turbo manifold area.

In my case, the bracket was still attached to the engine, but the weld on the tube had broken! I reseated the tube at the oil pan, and at the air cleaner, and then used a big hose clamp to clamp the tube to the bracket again. No more leak!
