You can unplug or bypass it but the only problem is you'll get lukewarm air at idle. At engine speeds above idle, you won't notice a difference in heat output.

Now that's good info, Aaron. I figured that I'd have to go and install the fuse in the SDL's as well. It's great that it can't occur in those vehicles.
