If two certified policemen who should have years of experience can't disarm one crazy man they perhaps they are too incompetent to be policemen. Maybe they should go to work for some police dept. like, well like NOLA. NOLA pd has a reputation for not only incompetent but currupt. It is no wonder that would choose to shoot an insane person and beat up a black guy on a French Quarter street last month. It is amazing what too much testosterone and male bonding will do.
