Hi Adam. I've attached a picture of an M103 Brabus head showing the rocker, manual tappet arrangement. I'd imagine if you phone up Brabus and tell them that you have an M103 Brabus and want all 12 rocker arms complete with tappets they'll supply, they'll be $$$$ though
! I know because my headgasket is like ~$800!
