All depends on how much time you have available.
Sun Valley's trans has worked great for me. The biggest problem is that they won't ship to a residential address (understandable if you ask me), so ask a local indy if you can have it delivered there. It comes in this crate that reminds me of a big rubbermade container and you just dump your old one back in it and send it back (exchange). Total bill for me was around $1500 including shipping for everything and they do give a 1 year warrenty. If anythings wrong with the rebuild it will happen within the first year.
"rebuilt" TQ is included along with a new modulator. Save your old saftey switchm doesn't include another.
Things to consider replacing;
rear mount
flex disks
driveshaft center bearing (my bearing was ok but the rubber housing was torn to shreds)
engine mounts (i unbolted the main bolt from mount to engine in order to tip the engine back to gain access to upper bellhousing bolts)
maybe rubber cooler lines if needed
