Picture update.

The radiator is temporarily in place with some zip ties (is there any other way? j/k) so I can play with air flow across the rad.

Yes my bumper is broken...its ugly but I haven't found a suitable replacement yet hehe.

Any questions let me know...I'll probably be upping the fuel some more this weekend if it continues to perform nicely.

When dad and I get some time, we are going to turn that left side (near the air cleaner) pipe down so the IC can stand up more straight without bothering the hood. Currently it all fits okay but I want it to look "better' after testing is over.

And no worries about rust. I blew the pipes off a few times getting everything nice and tight in there so there is a nice oil film coating on the two steel pipes (inside and out). The aircleaner is working great and eventually (once the intercooler is exactly where I want it) I'll re-attach the intake part I cut off in a different spot and pick up outside the engine compartment air.

Thanks for checkin it out!

My welding isn't too bad is it? I just taught myself a few months ago and haven't done pipe before. Seemed to turn out okay. Only a little grinding needed

Sorry if my car looks ghetto..its a work in progress but should turn out pretty nice. Looking at my radiator (after the fact) it looks like crap hanging there...but after all its just a test location so I shouldn't fret I guess
