Nothing fancy, but it's good and it's easy.

1 lb. ground beef
1 yellow onion
3 medium cans tomato sauce
1 medium can red beans (not kidney beans - yuk)
1/8 cup sugar
4 - 5 tblspoons chili powder
salt/pepper to taste

Pour chili over spaghetti.
