Dons ideal sounds better and is far more self serving for me. Buy a junk car for the engine and sell me the front drivers fender if good. Plus apparently the glove box door latch is gone as well. My understanding is these engines are not a good cheap rebuild candidate anyways. Looks like you coud manouver this deal into a free used engine with a little creativity. Try the straight 40 oil first I do not think you have much to loose.
