The NYT also carried the water for the RNC during the Clinton administration in the 1990s and the Gore campaign in 2000. Every anti-Clinton or anti-Gore rumor that came out went right to their front page.

I don't know why Bush supporters bash the NYT.

maybe its because they are so pro-liberal and anti-conservative. One or two stories does not erase an institutionalized bias that goes back decades upon decades. Once in a while they may get something right. Its the law of averages.
