After 4 tankfulls of premium Amoco fuel from BP with a bottle of Techron each the knocking is gone, it diminish a little bit at a time but this morning the temp was 42 F and not a slight knocking from the engine, it makes my day.
Thanks to everybody that responded, now If I can fix the rough idle I will really be happy.
