That was a couple of years ago. But the dealer was cheaper than anyone else by a good margin. They did charge a refundable core deposit of $75. When they first quoted the price, I was sure they had gotten the pump price and core charge reversed!!! NAPA wanted $70 for the pump, but did not have one in stock. Otherwise, I never would have called the dealer. It 's not often that the dealer has the lowest price. Water pumps must be an exception.
