They are no where near done. Expecialy since that girl smacked a fuel truck causing it to jack knife and burn down a recently completed bridge. These construction projects will be going on forever.
NJ is the worst though, it seems like everytime I see another car "drafting" it has a NJ plate on it.
SOP is 95mph in the left lane 2ft from the guy in front of you.
