funnel and tube as stated, also you can use a big syringe without needle (like the ones used for baby cough syrup, ect..free at walgreens) just pour acetone, mineral spirits or whatever in a cup and suck up with syringe and squirt. also the brake cleaner is aerosol and has a little straw with it. I try to finish with acetone or brake cleaner because it evaporates fast.
