The bulb that will not light is good, as I put 12 volts to it and it lit. I replaced both switches to eliminate the possibility than one switch may be affecting the other since they appear to be wired in tandem. After changing the switches, I get the same power imputs I had before the replacement that indicates to me another problem. What that may be is anyones' guess.
