As for settling, I find that it is dependant on heat. The more heat, the faster the settling. Less heat, slower settling, to a point where it will not settle at all. I have some 5 gallon paint buckets filled with WVO in the garage and I am finding that they will not settle as it has been 15C or less for a few weeks here in Toronto. As I slowly work on my 2 tank heated system I am blending 20% Gas with %80 WVO. I find on the cool mornings it starts a bit harder but runs well when warmed-up.
