JD, I've fixed that problem before, the drive mechanism has broken and your steering column will need to be replaced. The adjusting mechanism has a "worm gear" drive and there is a plastic coupler between the worm gear and the drive motor. This coupler has broken and is not available as a seperate part. If you are VERY mechanicly inclined you could remove and disassemble the column and machine a custom replacement for the broken coupler.
