Does it help to turn the heat on, and not a/c and heat, use the ec button

is it full of the right mixture of coolant? Many people don't know that coolant does not dissipate heat, that's what the H2O is for

I would suggest finding a repair shop that can answer some basic questions before bringing the car in to be check out.
FYI, I have never seen a Benz head that was making the car overheat. At least as far back as my memory can remember
