My plan --

1. Tell them what I know.
2. Give them a final chance to make amends.
3. Confront them with why they are asking $3,800 to r/r a $650 wire harness with 3.5 hours labor. I have all records on this car. Previous (I am 2nd owner) had car religiously serviced there. A note on a ticket in 1998 recommended replacing the wire harness (21k miles and 4 years old).
