Went to Mobil1's wesite. They refer to a Fram & Purolator filter which are both paper elements. While Mobil1 makes extended life filters..they are all spin-on types. The one for W203 is simply the element that fits in a canister housing.

Like I said, I don't think there is one out yet for this engine.
