You want to ckeck the lug bolt size and diameter. There is an earlier post regarding the fitment of of E500 and 500E wheels so same issues regarding fitment. the 211 lug bolts are likely 14mmx 1.5 thread and your w124 used 12mm x 1.5 thread, therefore you will have to get custom 14mm diam lug bolts with ball seat with a 12mm x 1,5 thread for these to fit your w124.
Do a search there is some information on companies that provide these custom sized lug bolts.
