Sorry to say but your w124 uses 12mm lug bolts and those E320 14mm ones will not work. Now it not as easy as just getting 12mm lug bolts for the E320 rims, the lug bolts you use for those wheels MUST have the correct ball seat to fully engage the wheel when tightened. If you were to use OE w124 12mm lug bolts the ball seat diameter is 2mm too narrow and you run the risk of the lug bolts tearing through the wheel and losing a wheel under hard load, NOT SAFE.

There are some companies that make 14mm diameter lug bolts with the correct ball seat for your rims but have a narrower 12mm threaded shaft for mounting to your w124, they are a little pricy about $8 each but may be worth it to you and is the only way to saffely mount those rims to your w124.

I don't have specifics, but there are a few threads regarding this and members who have done it that you may want to contact.

Best of luck
