Second, job #05-220 in my manual shows the cam support screw torque is as follows:
Short M8 screws, 50nm
Longer M10 screws, two steps- first to 30nm and then torque to 60nm
The assembly sequence shows the long screws tightened to full torque first then the short screws.
There is one comment about inserting the outer rear screw on the left cam support before installing the cam/support assembly because of a clearance problem with the brake booster.
