Does anyone know if the roof rack crossbars for a w210 wagon are the same as an M?

What is the cost of these from a dealer?

I currently have a Thule rack but would need to buy new feet at a cost of about $150 so I'm looking at my options - looking to cary bicycles, kayak etc.
