had that urge once

A while ago (pre diesel life) I was jonesing on a 12 cylinder car. The BMW and Jags were high on the target list. A friend of mine said it best..."lay down until the feeling passes".

In a second rendition of discussing BMW 750's, another friend recounted how he knew a service manager for a BWM dealership. He mentioned those cars had some remarkable number of "little electric servo motors" in the passenger compartment. The number I seem to remember is 70. Keeping them all running was near impossible. The number may be an exaggeration, probably not the abilty to keep 100% working.

Good luck with your choice. Hope it works out well.
