I would certainly want to have a look at that tank strainer.
Would a leaky primer pump cause an anomoly like that in the prefilter, or does being past that point rule that out?
BTW, your car has a nice smooth little idle going. Is the person starting you car during the videos using the glow cycle? It goes from buzzer to starter right away, but I can't remember if it buzzes during the glow cycle if door open....
